Clubbing? yeah, well I’m not big on clubbing in Denmark, but thought to myself “ah what the h_ll” might as well give it a try in Japan. I mean I don’t go out everyday so I might as well try it in Roppongi.
well, I had a lot more fun than I had expected, partly because I went with some friends, Julia from Germany, Aina from Samoa, Joakim from Norway. Together we all got home next morning around 7-8 am.
The experience included (hang on!) pole dancing!? yes pole dancing! ... no! we were all wearing clothes, but it was a lot of fun. Strangely there was a huge amount of African-Americans there to lure people in the the smaller clubs away from the main street. Also Roppongi clubs has about 50/50 foreigners/Japanese. We ended up in at a Chinese restaurant before going home, and none of us noticed right away... but suddenly! I looked up and...
Indeed a unique experience. Its hung up next to a huge bell. “ring my bell” now has a few more meanings.
Result? ... lots of bruises, kinda like a full contact kumite fight (I can account for about half of them), my world still spinning at 12:30 next day, and I have almost regained all of my hearing on my left ear. *yay!*
